Introduction
(Just look at the view)
The house is situated in a very quiet location with a beautiful view of the
Caribbean and the waters leading to Falmouth Harbour. You can actually see the
wonderful Pigeon Beach in the foreground of this picture, just five minutes walk away. Although the location
is very private the house is only a short walking distance from restaurants,
sports facilities, hair salons and a local supermarket.
This is the higher self-contained accommodation.
This
level is approached by a road to it's own gated car park for at least two cars.
If you have six people or thereabouts in your group then the three bedrooms
with ensuite bathrooms will be ideal.
You have a choice of Queen sized beds or singles with your own bathroom.

Bedroom
one The master bedroom has a modern en suite bathroom, wc, basin, and shower. This tented ceiling bedroom with its queen sized netted four poster bed and own verandah overlooks the beach and the sea.

Bedroom
two
This double bedroom has two netted single beds and full en suite facilities
and bathroom. It commands wonderful panoramic sea views.
Bedroom three
Sitting Room
In the centre of the bedrooms you have this well furnished good sized Sitting Room. This leads to and from the Verandah where there are two big tables with seating for 12/16 people Ideal for the evening meal. There are doors which are normally open. Recently netted doors have been added, this has given all the inner house protection from mosquitoes. You can see how easy it is to walk out onto the Verandah where you can enjoy those spectacular views. There you can just take it easy and yet see the beach, the ships coming in or going and maybe the Yachts racing.
A lot of people eat out and there is a varied range of places to eat at different prices of course. However, if you care to "eat in" there's a fully fitted kitchen with a gas cooker and fridge etc.
LOWER APARTMENT
If that's too
big for your party then you can have the self contained lower apartment. It
can sleep four people. One bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles. There is also a pull out double bed which would enable the apartment to take 6 persons. You have your
own drive with plenty of room for parking 3 cars. There is a maid service
three times a week. Because of the size of Hummingbird it is ideal for weddings and reunions. We have successfully arranged catering for these occasions and it is the ideal location memorable photographs. Between
October and June we usually become fully booked. This is not a commercial but
a fact. So if you
are seriously thinking of getting to the sun and enjoying a relaxing time the
earlier you book the more chance that your time will be available. We look forward
to hearing from you.
This property is available for
renting any time of the year
A very large comfortable Lounge with a Kitchen at one end. A bathroom with a
shower and Loo. Outside is a lovely ,well kept garden with a spacious Terrace
with table and chairs for relaxation. The "Sundowners" taste just
as nice on this terrace.
Perhaps you will require
the whole house. Well, you can do that too, if you wish. Housing at least ten people.
